How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend by scanning the unique QR code on your Pot8o Club Card when visiting us in store, or by logging in with your loyalty account when checking out via our website. ‍
How do I redeem rewards?

Simply scan your Pot8o Club Wallet at the till in-store and our team will redeem any rewards you have available. If ordering online, log in with your loyalty account at checkout to view any redeemable rewards.
What is the difference between points, rewards and tiers?

Points go up and down as you earn and spend them. Rewards are redeemable items based on the amount of points you currently have (ie 1200 points allows you to redeem a free Potatoe ). Tiers are based on the total amount of points you have earned since joining Pot8o Club, not your current point balance.
Can I earn points on pickup and delivery orders too?

Yes! Any orders made directly via our website for pickup or delivery are eligible for loyalty points. Simply log into your loyalty account at checkout, to have your points added. ‍
Where can I check my points balance and tier?

Your points balance and tier are visible on your Pot8o Club Wallet.
